Expected Behavior:

• Value diverse backgrounds and treat everyone with respect, kindness and consideration.

• Engage in scientific discussions with supportive decorum.

• Maintain a harassment free environment

• Please be mindful of environment by minimizing waste and using resources carefully

 

Unacceptable Behavior:

• Please avoid offensive comments related to gender, appearance, race and other personal characteristics and disruptive behavior.

Reporting:

If you witness or experience behaviors that do not align with this code of conduct, report it to the volunteers for support.

 

Action:

Organizers can take necessary actions which can include warning and removal from the event.
